OUR FOUNDER
Vincent Ducommun
A Swiss chartered accountant since 2013, Vincent Ducommun has 15 years' experience in corporate finance and accounting, both in Switzerland and abroad.
Since 2021, he has been leading the buy-side and sell-side due diligence process for Stockalper Partners SA, a leading M&A boutique.
In addition, he acts as a virtual CFO for SMEs and advises clients on various corporate finance issues.
He has previously worked on numerous international audit mandates, from non for profit organisation to listed multinationals.
Beside advising its clients, Vincent writes a weekly newsletter, providing insights covering economy and finance.
